IN THE PALACE International Short Film Festival is aimed to popularize and develop short film art. It is held annually in Balchik, Bulgaria, in the architectural-park complex The Palace.

IN THE PALACE is open for official participation from film universities /schools, academies, colleges, institutes/, as well as for individual participants. During the years we have gathered participants from 6 continents, screening over 2000 movies in our competitive programme.

This year's 8-th edition of IN THE PALACE will take place from June 19 to June 26.
