Founded by St.Petersburg Filmmaker’s Union festival is held annually at the Cinema House with the assistance of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation and Committee of Culture of St. Petersburg Government. Festival program includes Main competition (fiction, documentary and animation and experimental films). Nominations: Grand-Prix Special 5-minute-length Fiction Film Competition. |
Conditions and basic requirements No more than 30-minute-lengh fiction, documentary, animation and experimental films produced after January, 1, 2009 made by film school students will be accepted. Production year of the selected films will be determined by the copyright on the carrier. Entry forms and videos must be received before The participants should submit to the Selection Committee: • Film on DVD subtitled in English Each selected film should be presented on 35 mm print or on separate DVD without any extra options (menu, etc.) PAL 720x576PX format, with English subtitles. The list of selected films will be posted on official festival website after One member from the film crew of the selected film will be invited to participate in the Festival. |
